notice. Use of the website is reserved for professional lash & brow technicians (B2B). All
trademarks, images, and text are the property of Beauty Oasis Srl and may not be reproduced
without written consent.
2. General Terms of Sale (B2B)
Beauty Oasis Srl sells professional products under the trademarks “The Lash Oasis” and “Lash
Oasis”. Sales are exclusively reserved for professionals (B2B). Therefore, consumer protection
laws do not apply, except where required by law. Orders are shipped from Italy to EU countries.
Delivery times vary by destination. Beauty Oasis Srl is not responsible for delays caused by
couriers.
3. Refund and Return Policy
Returns are accepted within the applicable legal timeframe for defective or non-conforming
products. No refunds are provided for opened or used liquids, cosmetics, or perishable items, as
they cannot be resold. Online courses, digital content, and downloadable products are
non-refundable in compliance with EU law. Returns must be sent to the return address including the
order number, full name, and reason for return.
