Shipping Policy

We ship to all EU countries from Italy. All prices include VAT and there is no additional customs duty to be paid.

Read below for shipping policy and information for each country. 

Please do not leave us delivery instructions, our courier partners give you flexible delivery options you can choose from with your tracking email. 

EU Shipping

We offer Same Day Dispatch before 1pm Italian Time. 

We ship by DHL Express (price calculated at checkout) and delivery takes between 1-2 business days.  

 

We reship lost or damage items. We are not responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel leaves our warehouse, please be aware of this and plan ahead when placing the order. No refunds on shipping are issued if the parcel is delayed.

We currently only dispatch Monday through Friday.  

All Duties and taxes are inclusive in the checkout price.
